I paid 65.00 American for pictures and a video, which had very few fish. It’s been 4 hours since we had the video done and they told me 2 hours. I really think that is a way too expensive for a video that lasted 15 minutes. A real rip off.

This was way easier than I thought it would be and you can wear prescription glasses in the helmet !! The guides are great, always checking in with you and making sure you're comfortable using hand signals. They feed the small fish around you and there's a neat old plane wreck they brought in too.

Wow! The beauty of the sea for the first time 30 feet under! I’m in love. I was very nervous about this but the staff was so helpful and calming. I had nothing to worry about. It really was as easy as walking. A must try in Cozumel, I would recommend it to anyone

I’m glad I tried this, as I was apprehensive because I am a bit claustrophobic and anxiety can kick in real fast. It went better than I thought. If you are asthmatic and use an inhaler- may be an issue. They do take very good care of you and 4 divers are with you at all times and checking in with you regularly. If you are thinking you will see turtles, stingrays and a large variety of tropical fish, not happening. They have a plastic water bottle of food that they feed a small swarm of fish in front of you with while they take pics. You have a rope that you hold onto and follow around. It was quite rough when we were making our way back up the steps when o I got back to the surface. Don’t panic, you’ll make it out alive!! Lol They have lockers, a souvenir shop. You can wait and see your pics and video before leaving. Staff was friendly. The ladies got a complimentary bracelet from shells they make.

We had a great experience at Sea Trek Cozumel, at the Jeanie's Restaurant location. Easy, fun, pretty awesome. I have 4 total joint replacements and worried about the in-and-out. It went very well. There is a ladder, but it has wider steps, it is slanted so it is much like stairs, the water keeps you so buoyant. No pain, no strain, easy in and out. Great divers and leaders with our group of 6. Taxi from the cruise pier to Jeanie's for about $8. We had lunch at the restaurant, fine, tasty. We bought the video and pics for $60. They paid for our taxi back to the ship. All was well, Booked independently through Trip Advisor/Viator.
